The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Opening or attempting to open more than one cdv666 account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or vulnerability to extract value from the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed by cdv666.

cdv666 employs automated and manual systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be in breach of this clause may have their accounts permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited at cdv666's discretion. cdv666 reserves the right to share information regarding confirmed fraudulent conduct with relevant financial institutions and payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms limits cdv666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
